WHO IS MISTI RAY?
 

First and foremost, like many of you, I’m a parent. I’m also a lifelong Noblesville Miller who chose to stay in the community I love and raise my own family here.

I’m a wife, mom of three, and an experienced Realtor since 2009. Our children are 31, 18 and 15. Yes, there’s quite an age gap, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

That age gap has also given me a unique perspective on Noblesville Schools. My oldest began kindergarten at Stony Creek Elementary in 2000, the same elementary school I attended. My youngest is a member of the Class of 2030. When he graduates, I will have had a child in Noblesville Schools for 30 consecutive years, and that doesn’t include my own K–12 education in Noblesville Schools.
 

ROOTED IN OUR SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY
 

Being involved has always been important to me. Over the years, I’ve volunteered in our schools, served on PTOs and as PTO President, chaired school events, served as a substitute teacher in the district, participated in curriculum and reading review committees, graduated from the Miller Ambassador Academy, and served on numerous Noblesville Schools committees.

My community involvement extends beyond the classroom as well. I’ve served in leadership roles with Noblesville First United Methodist Preschool, my neighborhood HOA, and continue to serve on the board for The Noblesville Elementary Football League.

Today, I’m honored to serve as a member of the Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees.

My experience with Noblesville Schools isn't limited to one role or one chapter of my life. I’ve experienced our schools as a student, parent, volunteer, substitute teacher, committee member, and School Board member.

WHY I'M RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION
 

I believe students benefit most when families, educators, administrators, and our community work together. I remain committed to open communication, transparency, strong academics, responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars, and ensuring our students have opportunities to succeed regardless of the path they choose after graduation.

I also believe attracting and retaining excellent teachers and staff is essential to strong schools. When our educators have the support and resources they need to succeed, our students benefit, and ultimately, so does our entire community.

There is more work to do, and I’m asking for the opportunity to continue serving Noblesville Schools and representing our students, families, staff, taxpayers, and community.​
